Esteemed Leaders, Activists, and Patriots of Southern Cameroons, It is with a profound sense of urgency that I write to you today. Our homeland bleeds, and our people endure untold suffering, while the path to our freedom grows ever steeper. Our children, the future of Southern Cameroons, are left without education as schools remain closed, their dreams shattered by the endless conflict that continues to grip our land. Introduction.       The United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) is essential in managing and orchestrating the global response to humanitarian crises.
